深圳工廠為了更好地服務並滿足更多客戶，元富車料於1992年在深圳成立工廠並開始量產。該工廠位於深圳，靠近深圳港，不僅方便服務中國大陸的自行車製造商，也能直接出口成品車架。
漳州工廠基於產業發展需求，為了確保成本和交期的穩定性，元富車料於2014年在福建省漳州市成立工廠，並於2019年開始投產。截至目前，漳州工廠共有約200名員工。
我們的主要產品專注於電動自行車(E-Bike)的車架，每月總產量約15,000個車架。主要產品包括適配Borsch、Fazua、Shimano及Bafang系統的全系列車架。我們過去的主要客戶包括Scott和德國的Derby (Focus)。 五年前，我們正式將業務重點轉向電動自行車車架，並已與Super 73、Vanmoof、BH、White、Bzen等品牌合作，此外也與Monty合作生產電動貨運車車架，以及一些特殊的臥式自行車架。我們還為一些歐洲品牌（如Lambardo、Leader 96、Olympia）提供OEM服務。

Shenzhen Factory To better serve and meet more customers' needs, AluForce established a factory in Shenzhen in 1992 and began mass production. This factory, located near Shenzhen Port, not only facilitates serving bicycle manufacturers in China but also enables direct export of finished frames.
Zhangzhou Factory To meet industry development needs and ensure cost and delivery stability, AluForce established a factory in Zhangzhou, Fujian Province, in 2014, and started production in 2019. As of now, the Zhangzhou factory has about 200 employees.
Our main products focus on frames for electric bicycles (E-Bikes), with a total monthly output of about 15,000 frames. Key products include full series frames compatible with Bosch, Fazua, Shimano, and Bafang systems. Our past major customers include Scott and Derby Germany (Focus). Five years ago, we shifted our business focus to e-bike frames and have since collaborated with brands such as Super 73, Vanmoof, BH, White, and Bzen. Additionally, we have worked with Monty to produce e-cargo bike frames and some specialized recumbent bike frames. We also provide OEM services for several European brands, such as Lambardo, Leader 96, and Olympia.
